Packages that have been damaged
When you get your shipment and discover broken goods, items that are different from what you bought, or items that are less than what you ordered, please snap photos with your camera and submit the images.
We only replace products that seem to be genuine before being opened and removed from the original packaging. Once you have opened your gifts, it is pointless to take any photographs since we will not take them into account.
Reship
If a shipment is lost in the mail, we must wait 30 days after the expected delivery date before considering it lost and reshipping it. If the shipment is confiscated by customs, please email us a copy of the seizure notice from customs to marius@moldovausa.com, and we will guarantee that it will be reshipped at no additional cost.
We will only reship it once. Please keep in mind that we do not reship to the listed areas: Brazil, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, APO, FPO, Italy, and a few more high-risk nations such as Venezuela.
