Process of delivery Orders are sent out within 2-4 business days after receipt of payment. The delivery period is about 10-14 days after the item has been sent for Worldwide Delivery and 3-7 days for US Domestic.
Shipping will be done through registered airmail with a tracking information provided. For all countries, the shipping fee is a flat $20 US Dollar per order. The cost of delivery will be determined automatically during the checkout process for your purchase.

Notice: When sending to a PO BOX as well as PMB BOX, the shipping name must match the name of the leased mailbox; otherwise, the item will not be delivered to your post box, even if the parcel has the same number.

Packages that have been damaged
When you get your shipment and discover broken goods, items that are different from what you bought, or items that are less than what you ordered, please snap photos with your camera and submit the images.
We only replace products that seem to be genuine before being opened and removed from the original packaging. Once you have opened your gifts, it is pointless to take any photographs since we will not take them into account.
Reship
If a shipment is lost in the mail, we must wait 30 days after the expected delivery date before considering it lost and reshipping it. If the shipment is confiscated by customs, please email us a copy of the seizure notice from customs to marius@moldovausa.com, and we will guarantee that it will be reshipped at no additional cost.
We will only reship it once. Please keep in mind that we do not reship to the listed areas: Brazil, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Sweden, Finland, the Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, APO, FPO, Italy, and a few more high-risk nations such as Venezuela. Please accept our apologies for the inconvenience.
